Our Philosophy

We built a vendor communication automation platform that only makes sense if you deeply understand healthcare AP. We're not trying to be AP automation for everyone. We're solving the specific vendor communication problem that everyone else ignores.
That means understanding how GPO contracts create vendor complexity, knowing why Infor CloudSuite FSM is different from SAP, and recognizing that a 400-bed community hospital has different operational needs than a 6-campus health system.
Vendor-submitted invoices still arrive by email. AP Invoice Intake catches them on the same monitor, extracts the fields, and prepares a review packet. We are not asking you to rip out the matching and approval workflows you already run in your ERP. We are removing the manual intake work that happens before those workflows start.
Important Distinction
What Auxtri is NOT
We automate the vendor communication and document intake layer: inquiry responses, statement reconciliation, vendor-submitted invoice packets, and approved vendor master changes. We complement tools like Conexiom, your ERP, and RPA bots, not compete with them.
Auxtri does not do:
- PO matching, invoice coding, or GL assignment in a separate platform
- Approval routing or workflow outside your ERP
- Payments or disbursements
- A replacement for your ERP
- An AP automation platform for all industries
